1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ozde.link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service. Ozde.link is operated by Habron Group MMC (VOEN: 1807350351).

2. Service Description

Ozde.link provides URL shortening services, profile page creation (ozde.link/username), link analytics, QR code generation, and a digital store system powered by OZC tokens. Registration is not required for basic URL shortening, but is needed for profile features and analytics access.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each user is entitled to one free profile page at ozde.link/username. Account sharing or automated account creation is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use ozde.link to: shorten URLs leading to malware, phishing, or illegal content; distribute spam or unsolicited messages; impersonate other individuals or organizations; attempt to circumvent security measures; or violate any applicable laws. We use AI-powered scanning to detect and block inappropriate content.

5. OZC Token System

OZDE COIN (OZC) is an internal virtual currency used within the ozde.link platform. OZC tokens have no real-world monetary value outside the platform. Tokens are used to purchase subscription plans, profile themes, frames, and CSS customizations from the store. All purchases made with OZC are final and non-refundable.

6. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are created and managed by administrators. Plan features may include custom URLs, custom domains, watermark removal, and advanced statistics. Plans are purchased using OZC tokens and are valid for the duration specified. Features are subject to change at the administrator's discretion.

7. Advertisements

Shortened links may display advertisements before redirecting to the destination URL. Administrators control whether ads are shown on specific links. Ad content is selected randomly from the administrator's ad inventory. The platform also uses Google AdSense for additional advertising.

8. Intellectual Property

The ozde.link platform, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Habron Group MMC. Users retain ownership of their content but grant ozde.link a license to display it within the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Habron Group MMC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
